It’s been a while since I’ve written anything. I have done a lot of binge watching TV. Lots of toddler shows.
We travelled to Illinois to be with my sister during the aftermath of her husband’s tragic passing. We then came home back to Florida. Things are still closed, but opening slowly. While we were in Illinois I got out of my routine. I ate like crap there. I spent a lot of time not sleeping and just talking to my sister. It was a time to grieve.
Being back at our home in Florida I just tried to jump back in. That was a bad idea. I had some pain and had to take a break for a few days. I haven’t been meeting my step goal consistently. I have to get back to it. I know that writing this down will make me get back to it. This helps me to be accountable.
I’ll start doing this daily so it keeps me on track.
Day 1: I got on the treadmill twice today for a total of 3 miles. I did 20 squats, 20 dumb bell curls and tricep kick backs. I did 20 side bends with the 10 lb dumb bells. I did 20 push ups against the door.
