Hard days

I have been doing really well with getting in some form of cardio daily. I have worked on eating better. However, I’ve had some fun hard days. The scale was going down but my motivation to actually run has been zilch. I have been mostly walking or speed walking. I can’t get it out of my head. It is super annoying. I need to get out of my own head.

Maybe all of this stems from some anxiety that I am developing because of COVID19 and my return to the workplace. I know that exercise can help but I am just stuck.

I will get through my hard days. If it gets worse I’ll call my doctor. I’ll keep getting my cardio in and my workouts. I’ve been writing in my journal so hopefully that will also help.

It’s okay to have hard days. It’s okay to ask for help. I know that I can get back on track. I will do it. I am going to keep trying every day.
